The Balboa Inn values your privacy. We want you to be confident in using this site to make your online reservations at our hotel in Newport Beach, California. And we are very much aware of your concerns about the confidentiality of your information. So we have no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy.

We will not provide your personal information to anyone else. When you submit your personal information such as name, address, email address and telephone number, we will not give or sell this information to any outside company for any use. This information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information we have collected from you at our site.

Check-in time:   4:00 PM
Check-out time:  11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy:
14 Days prior to arrival Peak Season (May 15 – September 14)

7 Days prior to arrival Off Season (September 15 – May 14)

**One (1) Night Room and Tax Will Be charged for all reservations not conforming to our cancellation policy

Resort Fee:  $22.00/Room per Night

Pet Fee:  $50.00 per Pet for the first night and $25.00 per pet for each additional night

Valet Parking: $35.00 per night Standard Cars and $45.00 per night for oversize cars, Vans and SUV’s

$50.00 Early check out fee applies to reservations leaving earlier than originally booked

ALL OUR ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING.  A FEE OF $300 WILL BE CHARGED IF SMOKED IN.
